Minister in the Presidency Khumbudzo Ntshavheni says the SABC Bill was withdrawn without Cabinet’s approval. During a briefing on cabinet's outcomes, Ntshavheni Communications and Digital Technologies Minister Solly Malatsi did not have the authority to retract the SABC Bill without prior consent from Cabinet.
