Phemelo is in conversation with award winning brand strategist and co-founder of the National Cycling Academy Forum, Buhle Madlala who is making a difference in cycling to ensure there is representation. Madlala is also a co-owner of the Criterium Racing cycling event. In 2018, she was the event organiser of the inaugural Tour de Limpopo — an elite race comprising continental, national and provincial cycling teams.
